Dr. Vicky Hsieh was incredibly friendly and patient, really took the time to listen to all my concerns and explain everything clearly. I never felt rushed at any point, which is so rare at this fast paced world and I am so appreciated.
I’ve struggled for a while because my previous optometrist couldn’t quite get my progressive prescription and glasses adjustment right, so I was a bit anxious coming in. But here, everything was done carefully and thoroughly, and I finally feel like my prescription is truly right for me.

I came in after getting an incorrect prescription somewhere else a few months ago. Luckily medi-cal allows you to see another Dr if your having an issue with your new glasses.

At the end of the exam Dr Lao compared the new prescription to my current one and there was a huge improvement. Pretty sure she nailed it.“
