The space, the teacher/ front desk person was engaging and knowledgeable. If you a seasoned practitioner or newbie, this is an inviting and warm environment. Great vibes overall; highly recommend if your looking for a genuine, locally owned studio.
Every time I take a class with Brent I feel like a better human. I feel calmer, more aware, and my body feels amazing.The sound bath at the end of class takes me to another universe. Love love the Yin Yoga class.
Very inviting/relaxing studio. Friendly staff and teachers. Appreciate that they have DPTs teaching yoga. Found your studio as a recommended studio by Dr. Rachel Krentzman, DPT's website as needed some regular yoga for my scoliosis. Super happy I found you all!
