It is a real Yoga studio if you are interested to learn the tradition,and know what really yoga means.
Carolyn is a real and genuine yoga teacher , you will blessed if you are able to learn from her.Discipline and tradition.
If you have also body issues, she help you to be back to move again with freedom.

I live in the San Francisco Bay Area and flew to the San Diego once a month for many years - for the specific purpose of studying with Carolyn Belko and be with her amazing team of teachers. If you are serious about nurturing your learning about all aspects of yoga, this is a wonderful place to be. Make every effort you can to be at Iyengar Yoga Source!
