Optimum Condition
“Melissa (Optimum Cindition) is a great trainer. I wanted to get back in track with my workouts to regain strength and stability and overall better health. I searched for a trainer that would be able to work with my physical issues, such as back and recovery from two hip replacements in the past 10 months.
IMelissa is a great fit. She is an experienced trainer and from the start was interested in what I wanted to achieve with my workouts. We meet at a gym and she tailored a workout for me. She is personable, professional and a great motivator without being overly pushy. Working with her for the past few weeks has definitely boosted my confidence, my strength and my stability. I really enjoy our sessions. She's great to work with!
She offers several programs that would fit many schedules and even offers online and in-home sessions.”
Bodywork by Bobbi Wellness Center
“Was dealing with significant pain in right trap and lat for a couple weeks. Chantel dedicated prob 60 min of a 90 min session to these problem areas. Session was intense, no shortage of pressure and had to breathe through a lot of it. Next day was sore, but two days later (today) no more pain. Zero. Got my full range of motion in neck and shoulder back. Incredible. She also found my psoas on my right side was extremely tight and potentially a root cause. She recommended working this area more and then supplementing with a home stretching device which I’ve been doing now and it’s been great.”
