I bought the $8 promo week and was hooked after the first 2 classes. ANGELA is the best. So personable and is great at motivation to get the class done!! I love the open gym Fridays. They take the guess work out of what to do. It's written on the board and there's also a trainer going around demonstrating the moves. This place is great for beginners and also for intermediate gym rats! I love not having to figure out what to do at the gym. And there's parking!! Win win!!

Liber8 is a family through and through and offers it all-my personal fav is Saturdays for the scorching HIIT circuits and then a yoga flow class with a lovely scent ritual at the end. The owners and trainers know your name, care about you, and love to celebrate your milestones and encourage you to keep at it when you need it.

By far my favorite class-based gym I've ever been to! Very down to earth and welcoming place. Several classes offered each day make it super easy to squeeze into a busy schedule, and the classes change daily so you never get bored. The trainers are excellent, always providing modifications for exercises, pushing you while also encouraging you to respect your body. Definitely a judgment-free zone. My favorite part is the trainers don't motivate by using any body-negativity tactics, it's all about getting stronger and challenging yourself. I'd recommend this gym to anyone!
