“2005 was a killer for me: A total hip replacement as well as dealing with bone marrow cancer and trying to find the right chemo medication to help me with debilitating side effects. I used to be very active but all these factors knocked me down putting me in a wheelchair or walker for the majority of the year.
When 2026 rolled around, I had gained 15 pounds and was totally deconditioned, but at least the pain had subsided. Dustin and Shane then helped me get back on my feet through tissue work and focused strengthening and stretching. Sessions are challenging but I’m motivated to get back to my former self. And let’s not forget Alli, Wrigley, Josh, and Mona who complete the team!
The approach is scientific and methodical and the team listens to your concerns (and if you want a TedTalk about musculoskeletal issues, sports medicine, etc., Dustin’s your man).
I would not hesitate to recommend this facility to anyone.“
