Was really happy to see Nicole teaching the afternoon 1.5 class today! I was pretty sore the next day, a lot of upper body, arms and pec work (which I really needed!). Nicole is a sweetheart, she uses 'touch correction' which I need at least twice during her classes. It's easy to fall into compromised body mechanics, but Nicole always helps guide each person to the proper alignment and posture for each sequence. Which btw, her flow and exercise selection is unique and challenging. There are literally hundreds of combinations that can be used, and Nicole finds the ones that really keep her classes fresh. Thanks Nicole, happy to see you back!

Love going to CP Bay Park. All the instructors are very professional, they help u when you are moving in a wrong way. They truly care for me and always friendly front desk I love the almost meditation feeling when we are exercising. Been there 3 years! p

This place is fantastic!! The people are lovely and welcoming. It’s clean and not crowded. The instructors, take the time to correct your movements, if you need help. And although , they call the movements by name, they also show you physically, what you should be doing.
