Absolutely amazing place to learn Pilates. The instructors are extremely experienced, knowledgeable, attentive, and very welcoming towards new students. The space is peaceful and clean. Our posture and strength has visibly increased after just a couple months.We are so glad that we gave this place a try before giving up on Pilates thinking it's not something for us (based on our experience elsewhere).
Summer welcomed me upon arrival into the studio, provided hands-on support throughout class, and gave me a warm farewell when I exited.Studio Flo Is cleanly and well-maintained. I’m looking forward to my next class.
This is an amazing place to both work out and learn about Pilates. The instructors are all very well educated and dedicated to continuing education. Most classes have only 8 people, so you really get individualized instruction. The studio is light and airy, and very welcoming. The sense of belonging and community are fabulous. I highly recommend Studio Flo!!!!
