I've enjoyed working with my therapist, Ali, who is very good at giving instructions, explaining physiology ,and listening to my concerns. He's also very encouraging and makes me laugh, which is a real plus. The facility has windows on 2 sides so there's a lot of natural light and all of the staff are very friendly.“

“Cat is wonderful for her specialized FST which is essential for seniors as well as a great Pilates instructor. Melissa is the best if you want the additional expertise of a PT for people with osteoporosis, injuries, and other body issues. The studio itself is clean and never crowded with good quality reformers and other equipment to enhance your workout. I would highly recommend The Green Room Pilates Studio.“
