Secil is a magnificent teacher/trainer. She seems to know my limits and will push me just hard enough not to be overwhelming yet not too easy. She knows my body anatomy, flexibility, and and strength and tailers my workouts accordingly. She is very knowledgeable and has a bright personality. I have been with her for about 3 years. My core, posture, and awareness have all been improved because of her skills. She is a gem!
