This company truly does everything right. Gary was our initial contact and handled the quote. His expertise was immediately obvious; he walked us through every detail of the project and offered great suggestions to help us get the most value out of the job. Everything he discussed lined up perfectly with my own research and actually exceeded local building codes.
Once we signed on, Jamie took over as our behind-the-scenes coordinator, and she was amazing. She kept us informed well in advance of every phase, including coordinating the necessary inspections. Whenever I had a question, she answered it quickly and with a super friendly attitude.
The crew, Oscar and John, were awesome as well. They kept me updated on their daily progress and always let me know what time to expect them the next day. Their workmanship was meticulous, and the finished roof looks fantastic.
We actually used CECS about 10 years ago to replace all of our windows and doors, and they were outstanding back then, too. It is great to see a company maintain such high standards over a decade. They have my absolute highest recommendation!“

Update: spoke to someone regarding the situation that took place, very nice guy. He seemed genuinely concerned about what happened and wanting to get down to the bottom of it it and who the driver/employee was. Wish I had more information to provide to help narrow it down. Changing my one star review only because the guy I spoke to was very nice and apologetic about the employee who was poorly representing their business.
