“I recently had a patio cover installed. From quote to cleanup, Dmitriy and his crew did a great job. Very professional and friendly. Dmitriy answered my questions in a timely fashion so that I could get necessary HOA approval. Also, price quoted/charged was very competitive.”
“Keith, Jake, Brody, and Paul did an outstanding job on our step-free shower renovation. I asked them to leave the bathroom better than they found it, and they delivered 1000 percent. We're thrilled with the renovation and would highly recommend ALR for their attention to their client and craft.”
“I had my patio cover installed a few years ago. A friend used Exterior Perfections for their project and I liked the way it performed and looked. My project included adjustable louvres with a rain sensor, a remote control, fan and lights. It looks great and has performed well. A few weeks ago the circuit breaker tripped during a heavy rain so I thought there is a leak. Daniel came over and asked some questions and took a look at the structure. He noticed that the waterproof electrical box near the top where my TV is plugged in to was not closed properly. He said there was some moisture inside so he dried everything and closed up the box. During the rains it was windy so I'm thinking his analysis was correct and no need to climb up and try to figure out where the "leak" was. Thanks Daniel !!”
