“I had my patio cover installed a few years ago. A friend used Exterior Perfections for their project and I liked the way it performed and looked. My project included adjustable louvres with a rain sensor, a remote control, fan and lights. It looks great and has performed well. A few weeks ago the circuit breaker tripped during a heavy rain so I thought there is a leak. Daniel came over and asked some questions and took a look at the structure. He noticed that the waterproof electrical box near the top where my TV is plugged in to was not closed properly. He said there was some moisture inside so he dried everything and closed up the box. During the rains it was windy so I'm thinking his analysis was correct and no need to climb up and try to figure out where the "leak" was. Thanks Daniel !!”
