We were so pleased that we hired Andrew to do a remodel project on a very dated rental property we own. He put in a new walk in shower kit, replaced the toilet and vanity, as well as resurfacing the ugly yellow kitchen tile. He put in new flooring throughout, which completely transformed the condo. He was great to work with. Attention to detail and very meticulous and honest. He always reached out with questions and updates and had good suggestions for us.
