DL Design Construction

I would rate DL Design Construction a 10 out of 10 as contractors. They went over every detail at the beginning, arrived when they said they would, and did a beautiful job. When the County inspector found existing problems with the frame and the plumbing (not DL’s fault), DL promptly fixed the problems and even worked on Saturday so as not to slip the schedule. I have never seen such industrious and detail-oriented work in a contractor. Yuri, especially, was more of an artisan, with an eye to detail and a desire for perfection. All of the workers were wonderful, and trustworthy, and did their utmost to make the whole house beautiful.

My mother's attached patio was causing damage to her home. We've worked with DL Design Construction in the past and knew they'd do a good job, so were our first call. They stabilized the patio, repaired the roof, and made sure the repairs would keep the home safe. The team is always on time, communicative, and tidy!

These guys, especially leads Paul and Dimetri 2, were among some of the best contractors we've hired. We needed siding, electrical and window work. We got a couple of bids, and DL came in at the higher end. We chose them because some good friends gave them a very high recommendation. So glad we did. Amazingly punctual, hard working, professional and willing to patiently navigate the twists and turns these projects require, they respectfully completed their high quality work in a timely manner, while negotiating holidays and inclement weather (work was done Nov - Jan). Their daily cleanup was much appreciated. If your budget allows it, they should be a top consideration.
