“Maks and his crew recently completed several home improvement projects for us. We started with a complete garage finishing where they handled the drywall installation and mounted heavy-duty overhead garage storage racks, which really maximized our usable space.

Inside the house, they built a custom doorway casing leading into our dining room. Maks handled the framing and installation of a stained glass piece to secure it at the top of the entryway like a custom transom window. The measurements were exact, and he has a solid eye for symmetry and clean aesthetics. They also handled an under-stair storage conversion for us, building out a custom closet in what was previously dead space.

Overall, it was a good experience. He's very transparent and reasonable with pricing. His crew is great. They're really professional and respectful. Much of this work was done while our kids were home and the guys were courteous and unobtrusive the entire time. We are satisfied with the final results and would hire Maks and his team again for future carpentry or remodeling needs.“

“Great experience with a great contractor. I took my measuring tape to the backyard and ideas for an ADU floor plan to some free service I found online and Omar and his team turned it into a reality.

Omar was very collaborative and communicative from the get go. He helped guide me from the rough plan ideas I had through to actually County-approved plans. He had ideas for things I hadn't even thought of that saved me now that I'm actually living in the place. He very patiently helped me incorporate all of the asks I had for my space into actual architectural plans in the beginning, and then continued supporting me in choosing the actual materials that went into every step of the process.

The entire work process was substantially faster than I expected in basically every aspect. Need to lay concrete foundation in the middle of the winter rainy season? Imagine my surprise when the crew showed up on a holiday to get it done because it was the start of the only 3 consecutive days without rain in the forecast. Have a question? Send a text message in the evening, thinking someone would get back to me the next day, but I found a response within an hour basically every time. Have a problem when looking over the finishings? Someone came out to fix it within a few hours. You can't even pay extra for customer service this good, but these guys do it like it's normal.

Omar's invoicing process is very clear and easy to understand. Even if there are any questions, again, he's incredibly fast to respond and very collaborative in that response.

“Amazing! Brady spoke to me at great length about a complicated roof leak that was very tricky to diagnose. I easily could have spent many thousands of dollars on a "solution" that would not work. In fact, I have spoken to many others about this leak and have gotten nowhere. After one conversation with Brady, I feel like I understand the path forward. If only we lived closer to his service area so we could hire him to fix the problem, but unfortunately we are too far away. In the end, he did not charge me anything.
