The highlights and the haircut were fantastic! The studio atmosphere is very nice, clean and a very good set up. She offered coffee or water and only had me as a customer so I didn't feel like she was too busy to get to know me. She is a super nice person and has a very interesting life! I would highly recommend her! Very reasonably priced, she listens to what you want rather than doing what she wants! I just found a new hair dresser!!

Okay, I am now in a position to correct my previous post with regard to the owner/practitioner of this business. It's been 3 years or so and I have bean going in and out of the building. She doesn't know that I gave her the negative review. But, she has shown and proven to me that she has turned around her negative attitude. I am therefore happy as the effort shows initiative and I like that. As a result, I no longer believe this person to be a charlatan and therefore would like to clarify that she really is a kind, generous, and friendly person. She has greeted me with smiles and even unlocked a gate for me when I asked. I am leaving the previous post so people can see that change can happen.

This business is highly unprofessional. I briefly met the practitioner to ask a question and she presented me with her business card. Yet when I sent her an email directly to her gmail account showing interest in scheduling an appointment, she does not reply. When I call, she does not answer, and when I leave a message, she does not return the call. She is not responding to me and I feel offended. Definitely a charlatan.
The businesses in the village are valuable to me and I do not tolerate preferential service for some and no service for others especially when their is no legitimate reason. Others should consider my experience before engaging this business. All I did was ask for services; nothing else. Closed for COVID or not, the least this business could do is return my call. Unacceptable behavior in this day and age incurs one star reviews. Racism does not work with me…

I love getting my lashes done here by Cortney! She is very fast and offers specials sometimes! This is the only place I will go to get my lashes done. Excellent customer service and the results are gorgeous! The lash shampoo is also very good, it's really good for keeping your lashes clean and makes them last much longer. I highly recommend this beauty spa for BEAUTIFUL individual lashes!
I can’t recommend Mike’s services enough. I had paint overspray on my vehicle and Mike was able to not only remove it, he also provided an excellent detail of the interior and exterior of my vehicle. Mike is great at communicating his process and pricing and just an all around great guy. Will absolutely use Integrity’s services again!
Prices are reasonable for the area. Very friendly, and she took her time giving me my facial. Very relaxing, and I felt like I got my money’s worth. Skin felt clean and hydrated after! She gave me tips as well, and how to care for my skin
Lisa is THE MOST AMAZING intuitive, tuned in, talented, skilled, adaptive, and therapeutic massage therapist I've seen....period! Every once in a while I'll try someone different, but Lisa is tops!! She can be wonderfully soft and soothing, but also strong, deep, and transformational with her wide range of skills. Lisa is such a treat!
Juanita is talented and patient with children. She is fast and efficient. My children love coming here and so do I.

What stood out even more than my spotless car was his character. He was exceptionally polite, respectful, hardworking, and professional. Before leaving, he even left me a beautifully handwritten note and toys for my dogs. That level of thoughtfulness is rare.

Having just moved back from Canada, I tried out this shop based on reviews. I’ve been there 3 times now and I’ll keep going back for the foreseeable future! Corey is a fantastic barber.
My 14-year-old son has been getting his haircut for almost a year here with Sean Macadocious. He and I both loved Falcon and Sean from the first time we came here, and the longer we are Sean’s clients, the more impressed we both are with him. His EXCELLENT at what he does, so both my son and I are very happy with every haircut (and teenagers are very hard to please). Aside from that, the more we get to know him the more I am impressed with what a fabulous human he is. He engages authentically with my son, offers life advice, and has become someone my son considers a friend and looks forward to seeing. I wish I could give more than five stars. I also wish the world had more people who are as good at their job as Sean is, and who are legitimately a pleasure to be around!
I just recently started coming to this location. The staff were very friendly and offered refreshments while I waited. I had Cliff as my barber and he was very professional did what I asked and provided a haircut that for weeks I got complimented on. I will definitely be returning

Scott aka (the silver hair magician) has been cutting my hair for 2 years now. I have very difficult hair and it all has cowlicks that go all different kinds of ways but once’s he’s done it’s almost as if my hair falls to the best position every day after he’s done. Great hair cuts with a real stoic vibe in the shop. I’m a huge fan. I actually got into with the owner and tried to bail on Scott but came back to the owner with my tail between my legs asking for my barber back

It’s been a couple weeks since I got my hair done by the Great Kunai. I continue to get compliments on my hair, not only by people I run into in my day-to-day, but also by people who have already seen it. They comment on how good a job my hair stylist did and I confirm that he really did do a marvelous job.
Kunai is not only knowledgeable in what he does, but he also has a passion for it and you can tell he cares about the work he does as well as the people he does it for. And it shows.
So thank you once again for the beautiful hair I get to sport around. It has given me a new found confidence and my reflection in the mirror better matches how I envision myself.
This is the best place to get a gel pedicure in Redondo! The women that work there are very friendly and do a thorough job. Love that they have massage chairs and it’s a peaceful environment right by the beach and the esplanade. Also close to all the best of riviera village. Tons of street parking right out front too which is a bonus!!

Absolutely love coming here. I am a regular at Tranquil nails getting my nails done; they just recently redid the interior and it looks SO GOOD. They also added more services; which I have not done but I am intrigued to try. Scott, Anna, Mike & crew are very well skilled & always do a very good job with my nails. High quality, great pricing, clean environment, and walking distance from where I live. I’ll be continuing to come here as long as I live in the area!

Oh my gosh this place is thee place THEE PLACE in the south bay to get your nails or any salon type stuff done. Hospitality, attention to detail, very grounded energy and vibes. These ladies work hard and laugh harder. I went for a gel x manicure with an idea for a design I wanted done and came out inspired by artists. Fr. I wanted water lilies by Monet bc it reminds me of my family. Lilies are my favorite flower, and that style of art is gorgeous. To be able to capture such an iconic and intricate masterpiece on 3 tiny nails is incredible in ways I wish I had better words for. Minh, Tulia; you guys are goated. Long overdue review. I've been going to Helen for the past two years and she always does such an amazing job with my gel dip manicure. It always lasts 3 weeks without any peeling or chips. Jennifer also did my nails once because Helen was not working when I desperately needed my nails done. My nails then also lasted 3 weeks!
I'm moving away and so sad, it's hard finding a good nail shop with a kind staff who also do amazing nails. Love this place!

My gel nails usually last max 3 weeks, but with them they last 4 weeks or more. I literally just have them filled because they grow out, not because they break or start looking bad. I now have been suffering with Melasma for over 3yrs. It's very embarrassing when clients or co-works ask if I hit my forehead. Especially around religious holidays. Clients assume I'm Catholic and make remarks of ashes on my forehead. I've used every OTC Creams, Cleansers, you name it I've used it. Mary did such an amazing job on my brow lamination and lash lift! She took her time, explained everything, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire appointment. Everyone here pretty much explains everything so I'll just say that this is a top of the line Spa not a nail factory/car wash. Heavenly experience with both manicure and pedi. I've spent 6 months remodeling my home and my hands and feet where showing the lack of maintenance. I lay drywall paint sand etc. I had man hands. They may as well have cut off my hands and feet and screwed on new ones. I feel so refreshed. The stone massage on the legs is to die for. I can't wait to try a facial. Come prepared to relax and budget for an elevated experience.

She is also the sweetest and so accommodating. On my wedding day, I ended up wanting a different hairstyle than we planned, and she did it perfectly without any stress. My hair is naturally super straight and never holds a curl, but she somehow made it stay all day long.

I don't usually write reviews but I had to today. I simply cannot brag enough on how Fix-All Plumbing saved the day for us! We moved into our new home almost 3 weeks ago to find that the kitchen sink was not draining. Over the past couple of weeks our home warranty company has sent out multiple plumbing companies to try and cable the line and they were all unsuccessful (all while we spent 3 weeks without being able to use our kitchen). Then, we were given an outrageous quote to repipe the kitchen line, not covered by the home warranty of course!! After reading all the positive reviews here on Yelp, I called Fix-All. I spoke to Carol and told her my story, she was so sweet and understanding and sent out John to look at it. John really knows his stuff. After looking at the issue, he offered to try to clear the line and if he couldn't, it would be on him. Who does that?? Needless to say, he cleared the line when MULTIPLE other plumbers could not. Do not call anyone else, call Fix-All!

I got the interior of my house painted and wanted to change all the outlets and switch plates because they were over 50 years old and the ivory color that was popular then. I called Adaza Electric because of all the positive reviews. Wright, the owner answered right away, went over what I needed and even gave me a quote over the phone. I had him buy all the materials. He came over with two of his men a couple of days later, went over the job with me and them and left them to do the work. They were fast, efficient and cleaned up all the trash. Both of them were friendly and very easy to work with. The price was very fair.

We loved working with Brian's Hardwood Floors. We did a major refinishing of our white oak floors that required splitting the job into separate projects. Brian was with us every step of the way, including initial inspection, planning the phases, making sure his workers understood what was required, checking on progress, and final walk-through. His workers, Henry and Jose, were excellent! Highly skilled, courteous and made a personal effort to make sure we were satisfied. We felt like we had friends doing the project. And Joanna in the office was always accessible to take our calls and emails. Overall, one of the best experiences we've had with construction at our home.

Top Construction Pros completed a full kitchen remodel and a master bathroom remodel for our home, including new cabinets, countertop installation, flooring, electrical outlet updates, and plumbing relocation. The bathroom was fully demolished and rebuilt with a new tile floor, a new shower and tub, and a custom double vanity. We are very happy with the final results and the quality of the materials and craftsmanship. From start to finish, we felt comfortable with dillon as our project manager. He told us the job would be completed in about 8 weeks, and the team stayed on schedule. A crew of around 6 workers was at our house every day, and we also got a morning update from the office with the plan for the day, which made the whole remodeling process feel organized and easy to follow. At first, we were a little nervous because we have a young baby and did not want the house to become too dusty or disruptive, especially during such a large renovation. But the crew did a great job keeping the work areas as clean as possible and trying to limit the mess each day. it was clear they knew home remodeling well and had strong experience with kitchen and bathroom renovation work. Like with most remodeling projects, a few concerns and small obstacles came up along the way, but dillon helped us through everything, answered our questions, and made us feel confident about each step. we really appreciated the communication, the daily progress, and the care the team showed while working in our home. overall we are very pleased with the finished kitchen and bathroom, and i would gladly recommend them for remodeling work.
The project was supposed to be just a balcony floor replacement, but wood under the floor had wood rot. The total balcony wall had to be replaced. The Ewell team informed us of what needed to be done and showed each area needing improvement. We approved each step before work was performed. The Ewell team was very professional and I was impressed on the quality of work and their knowledge. I would recommend Ewell to my friends.

The work the team at Arc of Life has done on my back and my alignment has been transformative for me. I also can't say enough about the shockwave therapy treatment I've received for my plantar fasciitis. I was in SO much pain with plantar fasciitis when we started shockwave and I can now (so gratefully) say that my pain is gone. This was my first time doing shockwave and I am now a convert!!! We first found Dr. Stitt's office for my daughter, but after her first appointment, I quickly realized that I needed to schedule my own visit. I"m so glad I did, because while I intended to see Dr. Stitt only for my chronic back pain, what I wasn't expecting was the benefits I'd get for my migraines. I've always assumed that my migraines were only controlled and maintained with medicine, but Dr. Still has proven otherwise. Leading up to my first appointment, I was having three migraines a week for about a month. After some cranial massage work, I went 12 days without a migraine!!! It has been beyond amazing to feel this relief in my back and my head and I recommend Dr. Still for anyone in pain
I went to catalina chiropractic Center, and my doctor was Dr.Rob. Truly an amazing person, he first stated by listening actively to every thing I mentioned while writing it down. Then explaining minute details about the human vertebrae and its relationship with the nerves. Then we proceeded to the actual adjustments which was completely pain free and immediately rewarding. For me, the most important thing is why every adjustment is made and how this would help me feel better which was thoroughly explained at every point.

One of my favorite things about her is that she continues her education to ensure she is always on top of her game. One thing to note before you go to Lyssa, she will ruin all other massages for you. Back was hurting for a while and I had some time while visiting LA. They beat me up in the best way. When I asked for hard, she didn’t relent. Dung Pham gave one of the best foot reflexology sessions I’ve had. After a red-eye flight my whole body felt the fatigue, but the acupressure on the feet was excellent and you can feel the release throughout your entire body. Very professional, high quality work, and only $40. Highly recommend.

I have been going to Jillian for my post partum care and she has been beyond helpful. She has helped my body heal in ways exercise, supplements, and pelvic floor therapy alone could not. Acupuncture with Jillian in conjunction with pelvic floor therapy has made such a huge difference in healing my third degree tear. I recommend it to any post partum mom dealing with pain and discomfort related to labor and birth. I plan to continue to go to Jillian aside from post partum care. She is professional, yet easy to talk to and always makes me feel at ease. I've been to many acupuncturists over the past decade (and more) and Jillian has proven to be the best due to her skill and effectiveness of needling. Please do yourself a favor and visit her if you're experiencing pain of any kind!
I saw Dr. Soo (acupuncture) and Dr. Gregory (chiropractor) for frozen shoulder. When I started, I was in extreme pain, not sleeping well and unable to use my left arm. Almost zero mobility. Acupuncture was key in managing my pain; Dr Gregory’s deep tissue massage gave me back my full range of motion. He also gave me a series of short but effective exercises using light dumbbells to strengthen the entire shoulder system. Before going to Re Nu Mi, I spent two months in physical therapy and it did not work. Dr. Soo and Dr. Gregory were game changers for me. I highly recommend them both.
Casey is incredible!!! I come for headaches and anxiety and have made this a regular part of my weekly routine.
Akane is wonderful!! There is a wonderful ambiance in her place and her presence always radiates warmth and healing. Her technique is wonderful, she always makes sure you feel calm and comfortable. She has helped tremendously in my health and nervous system. She truly has been a blessing! I'll be going to her for many many years to come! You won't regret trying out her treatments!
I've been seeing Dr. Bailey for acupuncture for almost a year now, and highly recommend Dr. Bailey and Jessica (in the front office). Dr. Bailey really knows what she is doing, listens to your needs, and helps you make sense of the process. She is super empathetic and creates comfortable, caring acupuncture sessions. Jessica has also gone out of her way to be helpful and supportive - she even offered her cell phone number so I could make an appointment once I found out when my transfer would be (I wouldn't find out until the last minute). She was extremely reassuring and supportive through a stressful time, and made me feel so cared for. On the day of my transfer, they also recommended my husband make a fresh juice for me from a few different veggies. When I looked it up later, there was a recent NIH study that reported higher transfer rates with this juice - so you know Dr. Bailey is staying on top of recent research. Really love this office and have been so happy in my time with them.
A couple of years ago I took my parents to see Homa as a wellness treatment. Unbeknownst to me, because she is not a complainer, my mom had been having pain in one of her knees and elbows. For months after the treatment the pain was completely gone, and now only affects her at times. When she’ll visit me, I’ll have to bring her in for a tune up!
If I could add stars I would. I highly recommend Dr Kim. I’ve gone to other acupuncturists before and he is clearly the best. He has been our family Dr for years. I’ve brought my children in when they were young and he is amazing with them considering they hate shots. He is very kind, personable and very knowledgeable. If I have any ailment he knows exactly what to do. Even if I don’t I like seeing him regularly as healthy maintenance. I can’t speak highly enough of Dr Kim. I recommend him to others and they always thank me for the recommendation. ?
