“I came to Dr. Diba at Proactive Chiropractic & Sports Medicine dealing with lower right back pain and serious stiffness in my back and shoulders — a lot of it built up from surfing. After just our first session, I felt immediate relief. It was honestly remarkable.

What stood out was how thorough Dr. Diba was in identifying the root cause. He recognized that my body had been compensating for a very long time — likely well before my ACL surgery, and the issue only got worse through that recovery. “I went to catalina chiropractic Center, and my doctor was Dr.Rob. Truly an amazing person, he first stated by listening actively to every thing I mentioned while writing it down. Then explaining minute details about the human vertebrae and its relationship with the nerves. Then we proceeded to the actual adjustments which was completely pain free and immediately rewarding. For me, the most important thing is why every adjustment is made and how this would help me feel better which was thoroughly explained at every point.

“I see a complaint about the front desk staff in these reviews. I’m here to say as a long time patient, I agree, there was a brief period of time where there was a rude woman at the Redondo Beach office. I’m happy to say the staff at this and the El Segundo office (those are the offices I use) are back to being friendly and professional once again. That person has been gone for a while. I endured that period of time because the care I receive has never wavered and I just wouldn’t go anywhere else. I’ve been meaning to write this review for awhile now becauseI think it’s unfortunate someone can slip through the cracks in the interview process and proceed to damage the reputation of a good business.
As far as the billing issue concerns (in another review), I’ve never had any issues with that so I’m not sure what the problem was. Perhaps personal injury billing is different from regular patient billing.
I refer all of my family and friends here and cannot recommend Goodlife enough.“

I"m so glad I did, because while I intended to see Dr. Stitt only for my chronic back pain, what I wasn't expecting was the benefits I'd get for my migraines. I've always assumed that my migraines were only controlled and maintained with medicine, but Dr. Still has proven otherwise. Leading up to my first appointment, I was having three migraines a week for about a month. After some cranial massage work, I went 12 days without a migraine!!!
