Excellent service. Came over to our house with a hardwood samples and was very flexible regarding our needs once we had decided to go with them.
There was one maintenance issue required after two months but I messaged them and someone came out within two days and fixed it within 15 minutes.

Not sure about the other mixed reviews in here and surely case by case review.. but my experience in using South Bay carpets with Joshua in the lead was Awesome!
