our heater stopped working and the house got uncomfortable fast. benjamin got us on the schedule quickly, came out the next day, and found the problem within minutes. he had the heating system repaired and running again very fast, then took extra time to do preventive maintenance and clean key parts of the unit. as usual, benjamin is fast, reliable, and fairly priced. this was my third time using this service, and even though i hope we do not have any more furnace or heater issues, this will always be my first call if we do. i had no prior experience with them at first, but they made it easy from the start. they previously helped with a thermostat setup, answered my calls after hours, and scheduled me right away. the service was quick, professional, and very helpful. later, when i noticed the system was not keeping the indoor air comfortable, i asked about adding more equipment, but zachary recommended a full heater service first to make sure everything was working correctly. that advice saved me money because there were other issues with the heating unit that he fixed during the visit. he is professional and knowledgeable in heater repair and indoor comfort systems, and he also took the time to explain how the system works and what to watch for. my family has used them too when their heater needed repair, and they also had a great experience. fair prices, skilled work, quick diagnostics, and very professional service every time.
