Re Nu Mi Acupuncture Chiropractic provides excellent acupuncture and therapeutic massage. The practice combines Traditional Chinese Medicine with modern technology. The doctors are amazing, go above and beyond, and show impressive attention to detail. The staff is extremely welcoming and truly cares about their patients. Treatments are successful for issues including anxiety and sleep, with night and day results. Many patients have been going for years and highly recommend it as the best acupuncture in the South Bay.
I saw Dr. Soo (acupuncture) and Dr. Gregory (chiropractor) for frozen shoulder. When I started, I was in extreme pain, not sleeping well and unable to use my left arm. Almost zero mobility. Acupuncture was key in managing my pain; Dr Gregory’s deep tissue massage gave me back my full range of motion. He also gave me a series of short but effective exercises using light dumbbells to strengthen the entire shoulder system. Before going to Re Nu Mi, I spent two months in physical therapy and it did not work. Dr. Soo and Dr. Gregory were game changers for me. I highly recommend them both.

From the moment you enter, you realize this is a place for healing. Arlene is an amazingly intuitive massage therapist who has a deep understanding of how muscle tension affects different parts of the body. Therefore, she puts just the right amount of pressure to ease tight spots. She also gives an honest assessment of future follow up sessions without pressuring the customer. Try her craniosacral massages for tension headaches.
The current receptionist, Kelsey, is also a welcoming source of positive energy. Dr. Soo and Dr. Kim provide different personal styles of acupuncture, but both are unique healers.
