Brian was with us every step of the way, including initial inspection, planning the phases, making sure his workers understood what was required, checking on progress, and final walk-through. His workers, Henry and Jose, were excellent! Highly skilled, courteous and made a personal effort to make sure we were satisfied. We felt like we had friends doing the project. And Joanna in the office was always accessible to take our calls and emails. Overall, one of the best experiences we've had with construction at our home.“

Not sure about the other mixed reviews in here and surely case by case review.. but my experience in using South Bay carpets with Joshua in the lead was Awesome!
