“I saw Dr. Soo (acupuncture) and Dr. Gregory (chiropractor) for frozen shoulder. When I started, I was in extreme pain, not sleeping well and unable to use my left arm. Almost zero mobility. Acupuncture was key in managing my pain; Dr Gregory’s deep tissue massage gave me back my full range of motion. He also gave me a series of short but effective exercises using light dumbbells to strengthen the entire shoulder system. Before going to Re Nu Mi, I spent two months in physical therapy and it did not work. Dr. Soo and Dr. Gregory were game changers for me. I highly recommend them both.”
