I have the biggest insecurity with my nipples because the plastic surgeon messed it up. I had an Ariola and nipple reduction because they hurt. The doctor that operated on me made my nipple necrosis, so it fell out and my other Ariola he way too small.
So I went to this Sorange and now I have no insecurity because she did such a good job on tattooing my Ariola and made my flat nipple look like a real nipple. I have gone to a doctors office. They have a tattoo artist for the nipples and Ariola and the color did not stick to my skin and it was very expensive so I give this woman a 5 star for changing my life.
Her office is very clean and beautiful too. It’s so great because she’s local in Hermosa Beach. I highly recommend her.

Very good carpet cleaning service from Pro Team Carpet Service. I’m really impressed with the care they put into each rug and the strong attention to detail over the many times I’ve brought in different rugs for cleaning and repair. They do a great job improving the look of the rug, like re-twisting tassels, adding tape to help stop curling, and making sure the rug comes back looking fresh, neat, and well cared for. They may not be the lowest priced, but the quality of the rug cleaning, stain treatment, and repair work is worth it. I tried a cheaper place once, but the results were not nearly as good, and it reminded me how much I value the better deep cleaning and rug repair service here. I would definitely use them again.

Amy kindly squeezed me in for the last hour. I initially went just for a haircut. However, her excellent consultation convinced me to let her do additional work. I wasn't planning on coloring my roots, but her knowledge and advice made me trust her judgment, and I'm glad I did. Usually, I'm not completely satisfied after a haircut or touch-up, but she took her time blow-drying, straightening, and curling my hair, and the result was amazing. I left her salon feeling absolutely beautiful.

I was walking by when I made a last minute decision to get a mani as I'd been walking all day. I was very pleased and relaxed by the attention the young man paid to working on my feet and legs. I paid extra to do the CBD masque and massage for $89. I highly recommend stopping by and asking for this mani if you've been out all day walking!

Came to this nail salon that was recommended to me by a friend. I sent the nail artist Jenn a message via her instagram @AtLast_Nails_Beautee . I had a two month old set from a different nail artist that needed to be removed ASAP! I let Jenn know and she was very accommodating and kind, she was able to squeeze me into her schedule that very week! This was only my second time getting my nails done and i honestly couldn’t have been more happy with my experience and nails! She sent me a menu of her services w/ prices and asked me what i was looking to get. I sent her my inspo pics for black french tip with pink polka dots and opted for hard gel on my natural nails. When i arrived Jenn had her station ready with pink color options for me to chose from and even offered snacks and beverages for me to enjoy while i got my nails done which i thought was a very nice touch! One of my nails was on the verge of breaking from the nail set i had before but Jenn was able to miraculously save my nail! She was very gentle and paid close attention to detail, she always made sure i was comfortable! I had such a good time being in her chair she kept things fun and there was not a dull moment. She also let me pick music to play in the background. I honestly could go on about how great the service was! I will definitely be coming back regularly to Jenn for nail/beauty services ??

I got two ear piercings - Brandon was amazing! He was patient with me and all the questions that I asked about the healing process and what I can and can’t do. The place was very clean and Brandon made the piercing process less stressful and easy by having me take a deep breath each time. He also took time after the piercing was done to talk about the maintenance and cleaning to make sure the healing process will go smoothly. I would definitely go to Brandon if you want to get piercings!

Morgan and Risky Business have become our go-to tattoo shop in the South Bay after visiting many shops in the area over the years. The shop is clean, welcoming, and very low drama. After working with Morgan myself, the shop is now frequented by my husband, our sisters, and our friends! The crew is super friendly and open minded, always excited about the new pieces we want to work on and producing great work in various styles. Personally, it’s been a great relief to find an artist comfortable with cover-ups and corrections, making beautiful pieces out of my older work that may not have aged well. I can’t recommend this shop enough for both tattoos and piercings!

Another company we got a quote from (big presence on Yelp) took 5 minutes walking around our house and said he's done enough houses to estimate quickly. His price was ridiculous, and we wasted our time. Amanda inspected all our surfaces, measured, told us what work each area needed, gave us options on the level of prep we wanted or could afford. It helped us understand the basis of her quote and where we can cut back or delay, if we needed to save money. She is an amazing color consultant! We told her the look we wanted to help narrow down our choices, and they did test patches on the house. There are dozens of "white" colors and choosing the right shade for the house was key. Fernando and his crew are meticulous and hard working. He was so great to work with! They give you a realistic timeline, not an empty promise to finish the work in 3 days like other companies do. We did not want to cut corners and wanted the work done right, and that's what we got. The paint they use is top quality industrial formulas. Dr. Costantino and Payton 'inherited' me when my long time chiropractor retired. From my initial consultation and 3X weekly visits that were filled with multiple adjustments and rehab exercises, I feel like I'm standing taller today and have much greater mobility. Seriously, I think I'm an inch taller after all the kinks were worked out. And I'm down to one visit every other week now because my back feels great!
I appreciate the personal approach that Dr. C takes. Every patient is different and Matt takes the time with each parient to make sure adjustments are necessary. There were many times I had an appointment where after examining me, he stated I didn't need an adjustment that visit. His honesty is truly appreciated.
Now a customer for 8 months, I can't see me using anyone else. The daily spinal hygiene stretches that Payton prescribed are important to keep up and helps in between adjustments. I do a complete set twice a day. The first set after I wake up and the second set late afternoon. And for any golfers out there, I've added about 20 yards to each club thanks to my new nimbleness.
Dr Derek Levy isn’t just your ordinary standard chiropractor, he is a family man and take his patients seriously, treating them as family, takes calls and responds to urgent text messages even on his own personal time, not mentioning the follow up he does just to make sure things are going the right way.

I started practicing yoga over twenty years ago. I started with Hatha/Vinyasa classes which were both great ways to learn the basic asanas. When I moved to the West Coast ten years ago, I was in search of a new yoga studio. I had never taken Iyengar classes before, but I was open to trying it. To say this practice has changed my life is an understatement.Through joining LYFE, I was introduced to the most extraordinary yoga teacher, Michael Ruccolo. His approach to the practice is transformative. His knowledge of the body as well as his focused attention to each student is unprecedented. This studio also provides a sense of community, allowing students to connect in and outside of the yoga room. I am grateful to have found such a supportive space along with Michael, a one-of-a-kind teacher.
The best Pilates class I’ve been to in the South Bay! I take a class with Sami or Katelyn every time I am in town, and learn so much from them!
