We will only use a local family-owned carpet and upholstery cleaning service for any future carpet, rug, or furniture cleaning because the work they did was outstanding. We really like supporting a small local business instead of going with a big chain, and this experience confirmed that choice. We have three male dogs, and they unfortunately started marking our upholstered furniture, including two sectionals and two armchairs. I did my best to stay on top of the mess with my home cleaner, but I could not fully remove the odor or deep set pet stains, and it was clear we needed professional carpet and upholstery cleaning help. I was embarrassed about the condition of the furniture and had almost convinced myself that we would need to replace it. I even asked whether it made more sense to spend money on new furniture instead of cleaning, but Brian was kind, professional, and honest from the start. There was no judgment at all, just clear advice and a helpful attitude. They explained the upholstery cleaning process in simple terms and were upfront about what could realistically be improved. Instead of making big promises, they said they would use the best cleaning products and treatments for pet odor and stains and do everything possible to restore the fabric. That honesty and knowledge gave me confidence right away. The results were amazing, and I was truly surprised by how well they saved our furniture. The odor was greatly improved, the upholstery looked refreshed, and the whole room felt clean again. We are now crating the dogs at night to help prevent future marking, and if we ever need carpet cleaning, rug cleaning, or upholstery cleaning again in Redondo Beach, this is the only service we will call.

The office staff was friendly, and Brian, who came out after a backup issue affected the basement carpet and nearby flooring, was professional and helpful. They called ahead to let me know they were running about 10 minutes late, which I appreciated. The service was fast, thorough, and the carpet sanitizing and cleaning were done very well. I usually read reviews and wonder if they are really that good or if people were paid to say nice things. This is an honest review. The carpet cleaning service was excellent, affordable, and very professional from start to finish. Communication was clear, and the whole process was easy. I hired them to clean and shampoo my rugs after a tenant with a pet left behind a strong odor. I was worried I might have to replace the rugs, but they removed the smell and made everything look fresh and almost new again.
