Andreas V showed up on time. He was professional and super knowledgeable about solving my water heater problem. He showed up at 4:00 pm on a Friday. I thought it was a 2 hour fix. It ended up to be a 7 hour fix. He worked hard and efficiently the entire time! He explained the problem, showed me pictures of what was causing the issues, provided me with multiple options to resolve the issue, and was not pushy about making the biggest sale.
