All City Roofing installed the roof on a new home, and the whole experience was smooth and professional. The original roof work was done very well, and later a shingle manufacturer issue, not related to the roofing crew’s workmanship, was guided through the warranty process and made much easier to understand. A re-roof project was managed and kept organized from start to finish. The new roofing system looks excellent, the shingles were installed with great attention to detail, and the cleanup was outstanding. The gutters, yard, and surrounding property were left neat and spotless. It is not easy to find a roofing team that delivers strong communication, quality workmanship, and such a clean job site.
After dealing with roofing contractors who kept pushing an expensive shingle roof, even though a metal roof was clearly wanted, the right roofer was finally found. The schedule was a few months out, and even with a slight delay, the result was very impressive. With a background in waterproofing, there was full confidence in the roofing skills and the crew’s ability to handle the job the right way. In just two days, the old roof was removed, the waterproofing was completed, and the whole roofing project kept moving smoothly. They worked through wet weather conditions and still delivered a beautiful finished roof. A previous shingle roof only lasted about 11 years, so choosing a stronger metal roofing system was an easy decision. Great job, and very happy with the results.

The problem areas were quickly found and everything was explained in simple terms. A new roof, siding, soffits, gutters, and a few replacement windows were installed for the home, and the whole project turned out great. The attic insulation and roof ventilation were also made sure to be in good shape before the roofing work started, which was really appreciated. That extra attention helped with feeling confident the roof system would perform well in the heat and protect the house for the long term. The crew was professional, friendly, and careful with every part of the job, including cleanup. It was clear they cared about quality workmanship and wanted everything done right. The finished results are very happy with, and they would be highly recommended for roofing and exterior work.
A roofing company was worked with to replace the roof after storm damage. The roofing crew showed up on time, acted professionally, finished the scheduled work each day, and cleaned up the job site before leaving. An inspection of the roof was stopped by to handle any extra items that needed attention. He really pays close attention to detail, from picking up the small debris to making sure the roofing materials are protected from sun and weather and double-checking the completed work. He also replied quickly to emails and messages. The new roof was installed without removing the gutters, which was very helpful and saved extra hassle. Permits and inspections were arranged as early as possible, and the final touch-ups were completed right after the main roofing work was done. In Redondo Beach, it was great to have a roofing team that understood local roofing needs and kept the project moving smoothly. After a long wait on the insurance payment, how quickly and efficiently the roof replacement was finished was really appreciated.
Very professional and honest roofing team. An inspection and estimate for a full roof replacement were come out to. They arrived when promised, explained the roofing scope clearly, and sent over the estimate within a few days. The quote was very fair and included possible plywood replacement for any damaged roof decking found during the tear-off, which gave confidence that everything would be handled the right way. The roofing job was started the next week and finished quickly. The crew worked hard, stayed professional, and kept the property very clean from start to finish. Cleanup was excellent, and no nails or leftover debris have been found in the yard. They were also used for other roofing work, including roof repair, soffit, and fascia damage, and each project was completed on time and within the quoted price. They communicated well, used quality materials, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free.
