Oh where do I begin? Five stars isn't enough. My 9-year old daughter had extremely long, thick hair. Long story short, she had a very large, very tight mat at the base of her head we couldn't get out. We had planned her first salon visit to be a special occasion and were so worried it would be traumatic now. She was scared and didn't want it to hurt. There were lots of tears on the way. But as soon as Sherome met us, my daughter's anxiety, and mine, disappeared! What a wonderful experience! Sherome not only got the mat out, she gave hair care suggestions, told us what caused it, gave lots of reassurances to both of us, was just delightful to be with, and was able to retain my daughter's hair. Then we got a beautiful haircut! By the end of the day, my daughter felt so confident and said it was the best day ever! She loves her new hair cut and so do we! Then, Sherome messaged later that evening to check on us and see if my husband liked it! What an absolute blessing this woman and her skills were for us! Thank you so much!! This is my go-to place for haircuts. Truthfully, I'm more a client of Anna than this studio, but it's still really nice nonetheless. The studio itself is nicely decorated and has a nice vibe to it, so it's easy to feel comfortable here. I can't speak to how good the other stylists are.

It was my first time going to a barbershop back home. When I came in I was nervous because I was often turned away or treated differently for being female. Today the exact opposite occurred. I was welcomed with kindness by an amazing business owner. Despite not having an appointment he reassured me he would make time for me. I was placed with Rell who was super funny and most importantly very kind. I gave him creative control and he did an outstanding job. I look forward to coming back. It was an amazing experience.

First time visit to Detailz For Men, Stopped in for a beard trim. Kim is a pro for sure. She took a look and talked to me about what to do... she had figured it out super quick. She has the magic touch for sure! She also has a pretty cool setup in her shop. It was super chill in there (got to hear Post Malone sing country), lots of things to look at while getting trimmed up. Great price for the service as well!! I'm definitely going back for my next beard trim!!! Try her out. You won't be disappointed.

Great barbershop. Environment is clean and staff are always friendly. They usually have some music or movies playing and their website is very easy to use for bookings. Even though they will accept walk-ins, it's much easier to schedule your appointment and not risk missing an open barber. The price is great compared to many others in the area. Shout out to my usual barber, Christian Balingit, he always gets my fade just right.

I have been going to Tran and her team since they were at the old location. All the techs are super friendly. The store is always clean. I often see the techs cleaning during their downtime. I started getting dip powder on my nails last year for a vacation and said I was only going to do them once. Nope, been getting them done since May because I love the way they look. Tran never disappoints with her work.

I love love love coming here for my nails, Nancy and Kris are amazing!! Been coming here for 3 years now and will only come here. They are by appointment only via phone so know ahead they do not take walk ins nor do they answer walk ins for scheduling. With no other technicians or front desk staff, they are a two woman team that will focus on you and give you their undivided attention in not to being distracted answering walk-ins, so again to schedule just call to make an appointment. I seriously cannot express how good I feel whenever I leave. Nancy always says our nails play into our mood they make you feel good so yeah if you do fun designs and colors it’s true you’re gonna feel good, she’s not wrong! S&L is such a cute little salon offering nail services, pedicures, and esthetician services as well. Upon entrance, someone greets you right away, and they also offer you a complimentary beverage during your service.
Caylee (who now does my nails and toes) is always punctual, is artistic and creative, and personable. Caylee takes time and great care to craft and perfect the designs I have in mind. She truly listens to what I want while also offering helpful input and creative suggestions based on the examples I provide. My nails and toes turn out beautifully — hers are the first nail sets I’ve ever had last over a week, with zero chippy or lifting (she does Gel X on me) and I’ve had anything from dip to gel x to acrylic at other salons only to be disappointed when they lift and pop off after just a few days!
Her pedicures are great too — I also get gel X on my large toe. Beautiful work!

This is the best salon I have visited so far. Can you imagine walking into a salon and it is the cleanest, including the tools they are using. They welcome you so gracefully. The lady who did my hair and face took the decent amount time on me and wasn't rushing to finish (best thing ever). She gives recommendation on what to do and isn't looking for anything in return, simply because she wants customer to return which I think is a positive point. I will definitely be going here again. I had a fabulous experience getting my hair colored, cut, and styled by Tony! He was right on time and I love the way my hair looks now. After listening to my indecisiveness and concerns about the current look of my hair, he got to work and gave me a cut and style that I absolutely love! The color came out exactly the way I envisioned it. He also recommended a fix for some other of my hair frustrations, and I will be going back for that treatment soon. I really enjoyed my time there today in their pleasant environment.

There are really great staff, I was greeted when walking in and walking out, you get offered snacks or drinks if you are waiting, and everything was just very well organized, and very beautiful. I got a full set and a pedicure, and it turned out exactly how I wanted it, even other nail techs complemented the work that was done. Everyone is very welcoming and so sweet! They even throw parties and have a lot of other activities you can do. I really really recommend this place. It’s truly the best!

like another reviewer, our apartment building has had nothing but ISSUES….we’ve had our kitchen sink filling up with nasty water with food, harmful cleaning products, general nastiness MULTIPLE times. we have a young infant whose bottles and my pump parts i keep in our sink so tell me why i woke up to both sides of my kitchen sink filled to the very top with my baby’s bottle parts floating in this truly digusting, foul water!!! the day before memorial day!!! and of course the complex maintainance sent me to voicemail via the emergency number?
however! today, after the regular maintainance guy came with a snake too short, the management called out advanced plumbing solutions who sent us andrew asap and he did an incredible job. fixed it, cleaned up after himself, was very kind and accomodating with my young baby having to nap and he was incredibly cautious about making noise. luckily my baby will sleep through the shop vac lol! andrew was awesome, chatted with us/kept us company while he worked and fixed the issue with the quickness!

Glad I reached out to these guys when a family friend needed help with plumbing issues that had them shutting off their water and heating water just to shower. These guys were prompt and thorough, and about $1K cheaper than another local shop (not naming names, but shame on you, we thought you’d be better). Our home experienced a water pipe leak above the water heater this morning and after a quick phone call, All City sent out a technician within two hours! Antonio was excellent in assessing the situation and explaining the details of what it would take to bring our system back to working order. Our old water heater was 25 years old and the technology and safety requirements had changed over the years, so several upgrades were needed for this project. Many steps were required and Antonio diligently worked through each one, including coordinating with the restoration service who arrived to evaluate the water damage from the initial leak. Considering the cost of a new water heater, and the amount of labor and parts for this job, I believe the total cost was competitive. We are very satisfied with All City’s service and professionalism.

Jason has done quite a few jobs for me. He replaced a light fixture in my guest bathroom, installed a ceiling fan in my family room using the opening of one of my recessed lights and replaced my porch light. He used a great contractor who came in simultaneously to patch up the access holes to make everything look exactly as it was before. He does an amazing job and I will continue to use him and refer him to my friends!

NOV 2023 - I had to schedule a locksmith to re-key / change locks due to a residential eviction / lockout process (which is not a fun experience FYI), for which the County Sheriff arrived over an hour and a half early, which required my planned locksmith to refer me to Anthony with American Lock & Key.Anthony arrived in less than an hour and handled the somewhat complicated lockout process the property presented with patience, efficiency, and expertise. Rating: They're amazing at what they do! They were super friendly and professional and I felt comfortable trusting them with my home right from the start. When I walked into my house after they were done, it was like walking into a whole new home. Every surface was spotless and shining and they even had this fresh, clean scent lingering in the air. It would be awesome if they could give a bit more focus to those hard-to-reach corners and baseboards. They did a fantastic job overall, but a little extra love in those areas would make it even better. With that said, I can't recommend Merry Maids highly enough. They're reliable, processional and they truly care about giving you a clean and happy home.

At first I thought it’s going to be 2-3 hours work. But Lizt and her partner almost spent 9 HOURS to finish all the cleaning. Everywhere at our house got cleaned to detail. We were very happy with the result and think the money is well spent.

These guys were and are rock stars. We had an infestation of field mice and rats in our outdoor storage unit, feces and filth everywhere, I couldn’t clean the unit myself so I did research and found this company and boy was I lucky. They arrived early, were kind, considerate, helped go through damaged items and repack items, and I was especially grateful for the kindness and professionalism by the guys when I got emotional at some products that could not be salvaged due to mice feces. Heather was super responsive and would reply even during non-business hours which I appreciated because my work schedule is crazy. I'm not recommending to contact her during non business hours (she has a life too!) but I appreciated it. Mehlany & Susanne came out for the 1st deep cleaning and did an AH-MAZE-ING job!!!! They called me when they were at the house and explained that they couldn't get everything done in the allotted time but would do their best & I was blown away by "their best" waaaaaay better than anything by my old house cleaners. I hired them to do bi-weekly cleanings. Mehlany just completed the first basic cleaning service and again so impressed with their thoroughness and professionalism. I think I can comfortably say they provide the best landscaping in the Inland Empire. I needed my backyard completely re-landscaped with more drought tolerant landscaping and plants. For first-time appointments, they text you forms to fill out ahead of time. I really appreciate that so I don't waste time sitting in the office with my kid! However, my first appointments with both kids, one of the forms I filled out did not go through and I ended up having to fill it out on paper - both times. So that's a little bit of a bummer.... But I appreciate how efficient this office is and how they stick with their schedule! From the time of our appointment, we were out 20 minutes later! The staff were friendly and the assistant and dentist were both very clear in their instructions and genuinely cared if I had any questions.

Dr.Lee is an excellent dentist - very thorough and caring. He takes his time with patients and explains what he is going to do before he proceeds. Dr. Lee made an oral mouth appliance for me for sleep apnea which very few dentists know how to do. He did an excellent job and has had me come back two times to make sure it is working properly. I could not be more pleased. Also his staff are all so nice and caring too. I definitely recommend Dr. Lee and his office for expert dental care.
My wife and I have been going to Baseline Dental for a few years. Recently my wife was diagnosed with an infection related to an old root canal. Dr Buck and his staff took the time to provide to explain in detail what the issue with the tooth is plus an in-depth recommendation. Choosing a dentist is always difficult, but I visited this place for several reasons, including its good location. The phone was answered promptly, and scheduling was easy and flexible. I received treatment for a cavity, and I appreciated that Dr. Lee personally performed the cleaning. I will update the review in about a month or two to share whether the filling is still okay.

I’ve been fostering a French bull dog that was rescued by frenchie united rescue. He was badly neglected. I’ve been taking him to Baseline Animal hospital for all his medical needs. The doctor & his staff are very friendly & helpful. Andrea is very caring & understanding . My foster dog grew to love her. He doesn’t care to go to the vet, but he loves seeing her:) I’m going to start taking my french bull dog to this vet from now on.
So grateful for this place! Everybody we encountered was so nice. We took our kitten here for her first visit. We are first time cat parents and had lots of questions. Dr. Smith took her time with her exam, ensuring all our questions were answered, and gave great advice. We felt prices were very reasonable and were given itemized estimates of everything before proceeding with things like the vaccines. Very transparent. Glad we found this great spot on our first visit.

My husband, puppy Nico, and I had an amazing experience at this self-serve dog wash! They had everything we needed—shampoo, towels, clippers, brushes, and even multiple dryers. The water temperature was perfect, making it comfortable for our pup the entire time. The setup was clean, convenient, and easy to use. Our dog came out looking so fluffy and smelling great! I highly recommend this spot for anyone who wants a stress-free way to pamper their furry friend. Will definitely be coming back!
The nicest staff! Thanks for making our dogs feel so good and smelling so good!! They handle the big dogs so well! Reassuring for pet owners to know their dogs are taken care of while they are getting groomed as it can be scary for some dogs!
Deena and Mike did an excellent job with my Abby and Kia.both are rescues and not used to being groomed.Kia looked so scruffy and was returned looking like a princess.Thank you.

I was looking for a head spa and facial and was lucky enough to find this place near my home. I asked for a facial and head spa, the you f lady was very kind and we started with my facial.
I literally fell asleep, I think I even snored as it was so relaxing and peaceful. She woke me up when it was time to interchange the bed to my head spa.
The head spa was magical, my head felt refresh, cleaned and even smelled lovely.
She finished off with a 15 back rub.
Afterwards she dried my hair. I have never felt my hair so soft…

Kneadz Work provides more than massages. I went with the expectation of getting relief from my back pain flare up; it quickly became more. For my back pain I plan to incorporate Kneadz Work into my maintenance. Excited about this gem! Julius is knowledgeable and knows his equipment!
I've been here a few times and each time I've had a different masseuse. I've made appointments and came as a walk-in and have always been seen right away. Their techniques vary and I kinda like that. I've always been thoroughly taking care of here. They all have asked what attention I needed and where and how much pressure to apply. They frequently check during the session on how I am doing. I feel a little spoiled sometimes but I am paying for a personal service so being spoiled isn't all that bad. I have always left relaxed, happy and smiling. There is plenty of parking too.

Having sustained my first injury within the back and constantly seeking a physical therapist within surrounding regions who could meet my needs, Trevor finally answered my prayers. With receiving care virtually as I am out of country, I can only imagine the hands-on expertise I would receive in-clinic. I have battled chronic pain, fibromyalgia, sciatica, hypothyroidism, and rheumatoid arthritis, and now use acupuncture for self-care.

Andrew and Luisa were the two main instructors for my driving lessons. Andrew helped me get the basics of driving down while Luisa challenged me enough so that I'd be more independent on the road. Both instructors are also very nice and patient with me. I had never had any prior experience driving behind the wheel before taking lessons with both of them and I was able to pass the test on the first try. I highly recommend these two amazing instructors!
