I had a huge problem with clogged plumbing late Sunday. I didn't know who to call Monday morning. I have been living in this house just a few weeks. I made the call since they are open very early. Tia was fantastic. She was so caring and explained the process. Sent out Robert and he took on this job that required the "Big Snake" all 146 feet of it! He was so nice, professional and on point. Great pricing for this problem. Thank you so much! So happy to be able to use my shower and toilet today. : )
We had a problem with our shower not draining properly. We originally called out another company who made things worse. Spoke to Tia and she dispatched Robert the next day.
