We had an urgent situation, backed up toilet and sink at our office after hours. I called, received a reasonable estimate and someone was over within 30 minutes. Excellent service both by phone and in person. The technician was very polite, efficient and professional. Will definitely use their services again.
Isaiah did a great job with 2 jobs that needed to be done. He was friendly, courteous and knowledge able. He explained what he was doing and provided good and educational information! This company is top at providing excellent cuisine service as well as good materials with their jobs.
Anyone would be hard-pressed to find a reason to give Utility Plumbing Services (UPS) anything less than 5 stars. Yes, I’m not going to lie. There was a little hiccup with our job. UPS’s immediate attention to the problem was what you hope for when you run into a situation like that. These days great customer service is very rare. It’s clear that Cody strives for perfection. His team of highly knowledgeable professionals worked quickly and tirelessly to resolve our issue.
