I have been serviced by Anna a few times and every time I am refreshed & rejuvenated. She is very thorough in her consultation- questions about skin concerns, product/ service recommendations and even asks how much time I have so my appointment wont be interrupted. With Anna's guidance and education, my skin has seen a major improvement. Most days I go without makeup! Anna is wonderful and I always leave feeling more beautiful, encouraged, and eager to see her again.
Jessica was amazing! She was vey warm and friendly. I got a lash perm and tint from her. She is very knowledgeable and explained every step. She made me feel comfortable and safe. My lashes came out perfect. I usually have stick straight lashes but with this treatment they have a gorgeous curl. The salon is a shared space with other people who do different services. I write this to do two things: first, to reveal the truth and second, (fine, yes) to recommend Rick. However, please read to the end for the full disclosure.
If you're looking for a contractor who can take your vague idea and maybe two poorly formed sentences, and somehow turn that into your dream resort, on budget, on schedule, and exactly as promised - then fine...Rick's your guy. If you want someone who not only designs and builds your personal utopia and then provides a weekly service so compelling that you feel obligated to enjoy it every single day thereafter, then again...Rick's your man.
That said, I feel ethically bound to warn you. I'm firmly convinced that Rick is in the pocket of Big Oil! Yes - Big Suntan Oil!
Not once did Rick warn me how much my friends, my family and I would enjoy his work. Not once did he disclose the unexpected downstream costs of increased laughter, longer days/nights outside, spontaneous gatherings, and most alarmingly, an ongoing and completely unforeseen spike in suntan oil procurement - a commodity that has had a 4.8% year over year increase since 2015.
The good times alone have been expensive and memories...well they've been priceless.
So, if you have no issue setting aside all of that and just look at the project, yes Rick delivered beyond expectations. His work didn't just build an awesome space; it created an experience we enjoy daily and will for years to come. For that, I'm genuinely grateful...even if my sunscreen budget has permanently increased.

Just when I thought I'd lost hope, I found Therapy Mission! A close family member was discharged from an intensive outpatient program and needed an individual therapist for follow up. They respond best when meeting in person, which a few years ago wouldn't be an issue. But post COVID it seems almost impossible. While Reina shared she wasn't the ideal fit for my loved ones needs, she was very accommodating and took them on as a client until I could find a specialist. She also went out of her way to work on things suggested by their Psychologist. We recently found a specialist, so we are moving on but HIGHLY recommend Therapy Mission. Reina is very professional and personable!

Dylan and Justin were professional, arrived on time, and took great care of my home. They cleaned up all of the debris inside the wall before setting up their drying equipment and thoroughly cleaned and treated the affected area. They also returned as promised to check everything and complete the job.

Gus is a highly skillful, expert barber. He has been cutting my son’s hair every month for a year and when we drop in, I see him transforming the look of any man who sits in the barber’s chair. Truly the best.

Best nail salon in the area. Friendly staff, Lena runs a really great team. Very honest and truthful services - the staff gives you exactly what you ask for and doesn't try to sell you something you don't need. There is never a rush to get you out of there. Call ahead and make an appointment. They always remember their clientele by name.

Absolutely gorgeous! Candy did my manicure. She took her time and did a beautiful job. My pedicure was great too (don't know the name of the lady), just wish the foot massage was taken a little more seriously and with more strength. Still Highly recommend.
Only giving 4 instead of 5 stars cuz they have raised their prices so much it's made it hard for me to go especially as a student. But the work they do is impeccable. I am always so happy with my nails. Definitely recommend if you have the money!
I just wanted to take the time to say thank you to Rose who did a wonderful job on my nails. I told her that the shape and removing my cuticle and hang nails was very important to me. My hands are constantly in water and it has been a while since I found a new place to do my nails and she did a very detailed job. She was so worried about hurting me because I needed it bad but she did not hurt me at all. Thank you Rose see you in two weeks. Ronnie has been my stylist fb or more than 5 years. Every haircut color we’ve and Brazilian blowouts are perfect. It’s like family. Salon is always neat clean and decorated for the holiday of the month.

This review is long overdue. I’ve been getting my hair done by Karla since 2020 when she brought my dream hair to reality (half red, half black). From our first meeting, her personality was very kind, warm and welcoming. I genuinely felt that I could put my full faith into her hands. And over the years she’s obliged my requests regardless of how challenging they were. We’ve gone from warm to cold, from bright to dark and everything in between. The amount of work and care she puts into every client is astounding. Her techniques are very precise, and despite all the bleaching we’ve done — my hair is not brittle and weak which definitely lets me know that the products she is using are high quality. She is also attentive to ensure each hair follicle is lightened adequately without compromising the hair. I also love that she is very willing to try different things and is not stuck doing the same look for every client which is awesome because it shows a level of confidence and authenticity in her craft. I also appreciate the honesty if there is ever any doubt in achieving a certain tone. There’s times I might want a super light color after being very dark which isn’t always realistic but she definitely does what she can to bring us as close to my goals as possible. Her rates are also very fair considering how much inflation has driven prices up. I’ve been a dedicated client for years and will trust no one else with my hair. I had the best experience with Meghan at Lumen Spa. I booked the Deluxe Enzyme Therapy with the Microcurrent and my skin has never looked, or felt better. I can’t believe the outcome I’ve had especially because I suffer from hormonal acne issues. I will continue to book this appointment with Meghan and I look forward to seeing my acne scars disappear!!
My husband bought me a gift certificate and I got a massage/facial combo for $280 - 90 min body massage and 70 min facial, so that didn't feel too egregious. (And I'm normally someone who does a $40 foot massage.) Leslie and Jessica were wonderful (esp since my first time for a facial). Rooms were comfortable and I had a robe and slippers when I changed room. I really appreciated that though this was a nice, classy day spa, I never felt pressured or like I was dealing with snobby people. Would definitely recommend.

We just finished remodeling the upstairs in our home in La Verne, including master bedroom + bath, with Mark and the Lotus team. It turned out amazing and we really can't say enough good things about working with Lotus - all of Walter's design choices were spot-on, Rob and Brent basically became part of our family, and if there was ever any issue whatsoever, Mark made it right. My wife and I sincerely appreciate the attention to detail on the invoices and this allowed us to stay within budget and finish the project on-time. In March 2023, my dog Chico was diagnosed with squamous cell carcinoma (cancer). The traditional veterinarian wanted to do an invasive spinal cord procedure as well as chemotherapy. Not only had I already spent $13,000, but it would’ve cost me a lot. I decided to try natural remedies first and that’s when I found Dr Tudor. He gave me 6 different tinctures- which I thought was a lot. Turns out, a few drops of each was all it took for the cancer to be in remission a year later! My dog is cancer free and thriving. He’s in no pain and was back to his same self after a few weeks. Words cannot express how thankful I am for Dr Tudor. I have the upmost respect and recommendation of him.

I have been working out with Hadil at Sanctuary pilates for over a year now and I can say that I love the studio. It is a hidden gem. My experience with them has always been amazing, all the instructors are very professional and knowledgeable. I trained with Michell and Hadil throughout my whole pregnancy and they were very accommodating and thorough, helping me to feel strong and pain free. It is hard to train while pregnant, but they made me confidant that I am safe and are probably the reason why I had an easy pregnancy. The studio is always clean and tidy and very well equipped. I even took my father who was minimal experience with pilates and he is now a fan. Cannot recommend sanctuary pilates enough!
I have been seeing Kjerstin for private classes for over a year and it has been one of the most important parts of my life. I have many spinal problems and have needed intuitive help to strengthen my body without injuring myself. She is so good at helping me to get in positions which aren't painful, focus on my posture and alignment, and do specific stretches and moves when I am in pain. She has also done cranial therapy when I'm in a flare which has been helpful as well. I highly recommend for anyone who wants to work on their physical well being. I highly recommend her!!!!

Henry is an amazing therapist and I thank God everyday that I came across his business. I came to Henry in August of 2024. having lived with chronic neck pain for about a year and a half. I was taking ibuprofen almost everyday for the pain, and had ablation surgery on the cervical nerves in my spine by my doctor to offer me some relief. It was a very painful procedure and while they worked for a short time, the effects were not permanent. I felt defeated that there was nothing more my doctor could do to help me and i would have to live like this forever. That's when I decided to pursue alternate avenues. And I am so happy I found Henry. After just the first appointment, to my disbelief, my pain had lessened tremendously that I cried. Now after 6 months of treatment, I can actually say that I am pain-free and feel amazing Henry is a life-saver and I would recommend him to anyone.
