Ah, I’ve been here twice now for a Kneadz Improvement 90 min session and I can’t say it enough how much it is worth it coming here. Today I was worked on by Shelly and she did amazing!! I’m an athlete who is constantly in the gym + I love wearing high heel boots so my calve muscles and lower back really need TLC.
Shelly took great care of me. She listened to my words when I explained to her my pain and she listened to my body when it was reacting to certain movements. I've been going to Kneadz Work monthly since 2020 and my body is so much better for that. I have an office job and the same principles that make them so good at addressing sports related strains also reduce the impact from my unfortunately sedentary lifestyle. I spent a small fortune on acupuncture on a cruise ship for back pain (I was desperate) and it did nothing. Larry had me hugely improved after 1 visit and totally recovered within 2 visits. He is always looking for extra tools and techniques to improve the massage impact. Miriam is a sweetheart with amazingly strong hands.
Wonderful facility and energy right when you walk in. Very comfortable ambiance and Larry, the owner, helped out with my first treatment and always stayed in great/direct communication. Much appreciated and will return very soon. Thank you again for everything! - Alina
