First time dog parent and first time taking my puppy to the vet and was welcomed so kindly. The vet, the vet tech and front desk ladies were incredibly helpful and caring. They are knowledge and compassionate and help reassure all your questions. I really just want to shout out Justine, she is so sweet and I really feel the love from her to my pup. We were looking for a new vet since my timid dog did not too well at our last one. We found rancho regional and immediately the care was unmatched. Justine is the one who initially scheduled my appointment, but since then, has been so loving and caring towards my dog. Besides her, every single nurse and doctor I’ve interacted with has been helpful, informative, and treated my dog like they actually love animals. My dog recently had a procedure done there and my nerves were high. Not only did they show empathy and reassurance towards me and my dog, they also provided follow ups, check ins, and the communication was incredible! So happy to have found them!
Our family received excellent service and compassion as we had to say goodbye to our beloved Pongo. The care received from the doctor and staff was wonderful in our time of loss.
