Amazing customer service. I was wary to make an appointment due to previous reviews but it looks like they have improved a lot. The place is spotless and well decorated. The technicians were kind and attenuative to me when I had arrived and I am really happy I gave this place a chance to get my nails done. Thank you so much!

This place is the bomb. Ignore the bad reviews, the place looks even nicer inside, good music they serve water, soda, mimosa, wine for free with your pedicure. I used to go to a place that was just like this one in San Diego. The ladies are super sweet and my eyebrow only 10.00 I have tried many places, but it look super trendy inside with a chandelor. Will not go anywhere else in Rancho as good as this one. Also they do not rush you and take their time with the massage.

I love these people. It’s like walking into a family home when you go there. Their faces light up when they see you, even if you’ve only been there once before. They really seem to care about you as a person, which makes it nice when somebody is right in front of you for an hour. The detail of their work is immaculate. Just look at this snowman. I can’t believe the details they put into this!
