I came in looking to get more educated in flooring for my house. A young man by the name of Jake helped me out. This kid was patient, kind, professional, and extremely knowledgeable! I haven’t purchased flooring quite yet, but I’m light years closer based on what he taught me. Your store should be proud to employ men like this.

We have had the best experience every time we go to Floor and Decor. We just had our flooring installed. We are so happy with it. We were in the store looking at samples when the nicest guy who was walking by asked if we had any questions. It ended up that he was the store manager! They recommended a great installer. We had to return some flooring that we didn't need and it was so easy. When my husband was trying to wheel it in the store a young employee rushed over to help him. There is so many nice employees in that store. We will be remodeling our bathroom soon so we will be back.

Make an appointment with Nelson. He was so nice to work with as a designer and helping us choose appropriate tiles for that are a period correct look we were chasing for our 1950s home.
