We love our regular vet but their hours recently changed and we can't go during their regular hours. This place is open until 8 pm weekdays! I was fortunate enough to get an appointment the day after I called due to my my cat's illness. We did have to wait quite a bit, but they had tried calling me earlier in the day, asking if we could come earlier (I wouldn't have been able to come earlier anyway). Regardless, we met Dr. Pan about an hour after our appointment time, and he spent more than 30 minutes with us, carefully reviewing our cat's medical records, our description of his issues, and viewing videos we took. This office is remarkable! All the staff are so VERY helpful and knowledgeable and the care given our pets has always provided us the utmost confidence we have placed our trust in the best hands. We have never had an issue in getting an appointment within a few days, and in one instance, an emergency got us in immediately. Dr Chizaro has always explained everything fully in easy to understand terms, and provided clear instructions, both verbally and written, on the home care needed for our pets. This is an amazing veterinary office, so caring and empathetic. The staff is loving and caring towards all of the pets that walk in the door, you can tell they love what they do. The doctor and technician thoroughly explained things in a way that was easy to understand and helped me to make decisions (very difficult decisions when your dogs are your babies). Every single person I interacted with was polite and caring. Highly recommend this office.
