My living room all of a sudden flooded recently due to a slab leak. Gerry gave me a quote over the phone but came to give me a proper estimate. He came in and set up the air movers and dehumidifier. He returned 2 days later to put back the carpets, and steam clean and made sure the place was put back the way it was and also did a little extra to help me make it look extra nice. It's also nice he responds to you directly and promptly. Appreciate the great work!
I usually steam-clean our grout myself. I'd like to say Gerry did as good a job as I would, but I can't. His work is better and he probably did it in 1/4 the time. The grout now looks like Almond, or Santa Fe Sand, or whatever color it is, instead of Chocolate or Brown, or whatever color it was. Awesome
And Gerry also cleaned our carpets in the same thorough manner. They look great despite being 20 years old.
