Knotted up was an amazing amazing place- the front desk, the waiting room, Sarah at the front desk, and the service.I had a 90 minute deep tissue massage from Josh. My shoulders and neck were truly giving me pain and the next day I felt the released tension. Josh also gave me multiple recommendations for posture, at home tension relief, and muscle knot relief. I am grateful for this experience.

There aren’t enough words I can use to sum up the amazing staff at Knotted Up! From the front desk ( Sarah is an angel) to my “out of this world” massage therapist Josh, Knotted Up delivers exceptional customer care.I’m an avid massage receiver ( top cities around the world) and was new to the neighborhood. I’ve lived in California for 4 years, during that time searching for my masseuse extraordinaire. Finding Josh was and is a godsend, especially for someone that travels for work. If you are looking for a great massage experience then Knotted Up is the place for you. Their staff is incredibly nice, knowledgeable, and always go above and beyond. I’ve been seeing Josh regularly for about a year and the difference I’ve felt is like night and day. He takes the time to listen to your areas of concern and always offers thoughtful advice on aftercare to help you in your day-to-day. I can’t say enough nice things about Knotted Up and their staff- its definitely worth checking out.
