The facility is described as super clean, with 8 separated booths available. Appointments are available, and walk-ins are welcome. Customers praise the friendly and helpful staff, as well as the reasonable pricing compared to other grooming services. The owner is described as absolutely wonderful and very helpful on each visit. Recently, they upgraded and added doors to each stall, which customers found to be the best. Barky's Bathtime also offers nail trimming service for an additional $10. I choose a bath, then a person came to help me understand how things work. My first time going their. I bath dry, and brush my dog. The place has a vacuum, trash can, towels, apron, different types of brushes, $25. The place also offers a groomer to do all that but it must be done by appointment only.
Great place to wash our mini schnauzer, Tex!! Everything was going great until a husky started screaming the entire time he was getting blow-dried, with fur flying everywhere like bullets 😅 Luckily, the blow dryers at every bath helped get all the fur off us. Despite the chaos, the atmosphere was lovely and the service was great.
This place is an hour from me now, but its honestly probably worth the drive.
I have tried a LOT of self serve dog washing places. This place checks allll the boxes.
The feel inside is great. Roomy and clean. Each station has its own door, and you can choose between a bath tub or a flat shower type basin.
The hook up system for keeping your dog tethered is great. The water temperature is adjustable, and the shower heads swivel so nicely, plus are squeeze pressure style.
They had some girls doing professional grooming in the back as well as doing check out, and they were so nice. I asked one of the girls for her opinions on my dogs coat and she was really helpful.
