As a property manager, real estate broker and investor, I was extremely impressed by Chris! He did a great job. He was on time communicated well and he also went over and above. I had to ADT alarm that wasn't active but the alarm went off and he even helped unplug it and take out the batteries. He will be my go-to carpet cleaner in the inland empire in Florida working with them again! Prices were actually very good as well.

Chris and his team at Carpet Care Connection have been cleaning our carpets for 25 years now and just finished today for another time. He Always does an Excellent job, is very thorough and efficient. He calls the night before the appointment and also calls the day of, if he might be later than the anticipated window of the appointment time. When they arrive he always asks if we have any areas of concern that we would like him to pay extra attention to and then they do a double cleaning on that area.
