Losing my father was one of the hardest moments of our lives, and I had no idea where to begin with arranging his funeral. From the very first call, the team made the entire process so much easier and more manageable for us. They guided us step-by-step—from helping us schedule meetings, to clearly explaining what needed to be done depending on the practices we chose (Catholic or Christian), to handling all of the important documents on our behalf.

Their advice was always practical, honest, and rooted in experience. One thing that gave us tremendous peace of mind was knowing that my father would be cared for with dignity during his full-body repatriation to the Philippines. They ensured that he would arrive safely and properly prepared, and we are forever grateful for that reassurance.

A special thank you goes to Tom Beddingfield, who was a true anchor through all of this. His patience, professionalism, and steady guidance made an overwhelming process so much easier for our family. I cannot thank him enough for a job exceptionally well done.

We also want to highlight the incredible work of Dean DeBruin, who created my dad’s video tribute. This was no simple task—my father had a massive and disorganized collection of photos totaling 16 gigabytes. Dean was unbelievably patient, kind, and accommodating through every revision and request. The final tribute was heartfelt, beautiful, and truly captured who my dad was.

The coordination between the funeral team and the church was seamless. The staff communicated directly with the parish where we planned to hold the viewing and funeral mass, which removed so much stress from us. We are especially thankful to Fr. Francis, who reached out personally to learn about my father’s life so he could honor him meaningfully during the service.

We would also like to express our deep appreciation to Noriel P. Adricula, the incredible singer and pianist who provided the music for the funeral mass. His performance was heartfelt and beautiful—exactly what my father deserved.

All who attended my father’s funeral were in awe of how beautifully everything was managed—professional, heartfelt, and all at a very reasonable price. We felt supported every step of the way, and we are truly grateful for the care this team provided to our father and to us.“

“Searching for a casket is not something ANYONE wants to do. Faced with the impossible task, we set out after not being comfortable with the prices and zero lack of selection at the funeral home. Picking something so personal from a photo in a binder did mot set well for my MIL. Bruce, who I found on Yelp responded immediately to my query for an appointment. He was patient, informative and willing to spend the time walking us through the process. His prices are super competitive , selection wide and he delivers on all his promises. While I hope to never have to patronize the Casket Outlet again I will recommend it highly to anyone who finds the need.“

During that difficult time of mourning, they assisted us with details that were required in preparing for a funeral such as casket and flower selection, viewing, coordinations with the local church, police escort to cemetery, and burial; no details were forgotten. Uncle's funeral was unique in that he was a priest and hundreds, if not thousands of mourners from the Vietnamese-American community were anticipated to attend. Everything had to be perfect, and there were no room for mistakes. Needless to say, Uncle's funeral was beautiful and something that he would have approved of. “I had a really good experience working with Brent on a headstone. He spent a lot of time and attention to detail mocking up the design; he was so patient and communicative to all my questions and concerns through email and phone. I had worked with another company before this, and the waiting period for a few initial responses were painful. I was surprised by how fast the turnaround time for this was (several other places quoted me 9 to 10 months, and for much more money). The pricing at Cypress is reasonable. Getting a headstone made for a loved one is a long, hard and emotional process. I don't think it would have been done as diligently and as delicately anywhere else. I never felt ignored or rushed in the process. I'd recommend working with Brent and his team to anyone in a heartbeat.“
