My family lost my dad unexpectedly a month ago. I called Darling & Fischer who we’ve used for over 30 years. My dad lived in Sacramento but we knew would be buried in San Jose, without hesitation they made arrangements to pick him up with a smooth transfer. Petra from the very beginning was so kind, helpful & made this experience so easy for me given the circumstances. This is why our family continuously returns to them.
Unfortunately, I’ve had to use their services quite a few times. Most recently, I lost my beautiful sister and as always, Darling and Fischer has been there and made the process easy for our family. They are kind, knowledgeable, patient and very professional. We’ve had positive contact with all employees and they are all great. We usually have Maribel helping us and she is amazing, on point , and follows through with questions and follow up that needs to be done.
