I chose Foreverethched because of good reviews. But after working with them, I'm very disappointed. First, they told me 8 to 10 weeks - that was May 10th. Today, I got notification they completed the etching on my mother's headstone. That's over 2 months later. Also, I initially asked to be onsite when the etching was done so I could see the work immediately after completing. I was told we couldn't because no one was allowed to be at the the gravesite during etching. I completely understood and told them we didn't need to be by gravesite. Ger was so helpful and patient, helping me and my sisters design our parents headstone. It came out perfect! I highly recommend Forever Etched, this family business work with their hearts and souls ♥️

I wish I never would have had to walk into a place like this because it was for my sonJeremy who passed away he was only 24. There is a young girl that works there by the name of Katie very friendly and kind give us plenty of time to decide what we wanted to do we asked her to change it like three times on our visit there so that we could get it perfect she made our son's headstone perfect thank you Katie.
