Everyone was as helpful as possible during this very difficult time. They were professional, courteous, and friendly.I need to specifically compliment Tatiana, who guided me through making all of the arrangements, and Daniel, who kept me informed and on track both at the service and at the cemetery.A number of friends and family who attended complimented me on how wonderfully well I organized the service and burial. I am the funeral coordinator for our community. I facilitate 5 to 6 funerals on average per year. We have been using Lima Family Santa Clara for last 25 plus years. All these years, they've provided and accommodated all our needs. They have been very helpful, understanding and caring in providing comfort to the grieving families. Last few years I have worked with Dan, Margarita John and Tatiana. They have always come through for us in scheduling and arranging all the funeral services and ceremonies that our community do over there. Thank you so much.
