I lost my dad on Father’s Day. So many things came to mind, how am I going to start this process and where do I even begin. I have never had to go through this before. Thankfully, we found this funeral home by a google search. Tatiana was the most amazing and kind human being throughout this entire process. She explained all the details, all the preparations that had to be done and all the steps in between. She would always ask my sister and I if we needed anything or always ask if we are okay, which in a time like this means a lot. She was always available when I had questions. Our experience with Lima Family Santa Clara Mortuary was excellent. Margarita was our point of contact and made this difficult time so much smoother with all her support and of the Lima team. She was available and quick to respond to any questions and concerns we sent her way. The sudden loss of my brother was a big hit to the whole family and they gave us a beautiful visitation service and prepared him so well. Couldn’t have had a better experience. Staff was respectful, competent and Caring. Took the time to pay attention to detail and initiative to fix florist issues and follow up with me once everything was fixed in time for the services.
