Alameda Family Funeral & Cremation did an excellent job helping my family plan for and hold a beautiful memorial service, followed by on-site cremation, indoors in a temperature-controlled environment. We had explored several other funeral homes, but Alameda Family Funeral & Cremation was the only one that met all of our needs by providing these services promptly and conveniently in one place, in a lovely state-of-the art facility with live streaming for those who were remote. Best of all was the customer service. Jessica and her husband Tanner made the whole experience feel easy during what was a difficult and stressful time. They guided us through the many decisions that we had to make and patiently answered our numerous questions. They are consummate professionals. We sensed their genuine caring and commitment to meeting our needs. I very highly recommend them.

From the first visit to Alameda, Paul was waiting in the lobby before we opened the door. Through out the discussion, he guided us step by step with his calm voice, personality and attitude. We had no clue at all as to how to start preparing the funeral service for our daughter. In the past two months, Paul has given us helpful support and suggestions, most importantly, it helped to calm our sorrows during this difficult time.
