During that difficult time of mourning, they assisted us with details that were required in preparing for a funeral such as casket and flower selection, viewing, coordinations with the local church, police escort to cemetery, and burial; no details were forgotten. Uncle's funeral was unique in that he was a priest and hundreds, if not thousands of mourners from the Vietnamese-American community were anticipated to attend. “I had a really good experience working with Brent on a headstone. He spent a lot of time and attention to detail mocking up the design; he was so patient and communicative to all my questions and concerns through email and phone. I had worked with another company before this, and the waiting period for a few initial responses were painful. I was surprised by how fast the turnaround time for this was (several other places quoted me 9 to 10 months, and for much more money). The pricing at Cypress is reasonable. Getting a headstone made for a loved one is a long, hard and emotional process. I don't think it would have been done as diligently and as delicately anywhere else. I never felt ignored or rushed in the process. I'd recommend working with Brent and his team to anyone in a heartbeat.“

“Really great space with quality services. I went a few days ago to get my pet hamster cremated. I was greeted by one of the staff members and they brought us into a very sweet space to say our final goodbyes to Twix, our dwarf hamster that recently passed.They explained everything in detail, provided us with a variety of different options for the ashes. They even has a biodegradable option to plant the ashes. We opted for a beautiful blue urn.The space had very calming music and a visual showing some quotes. We were really sad to bring our Twix over here but, they really created a welcoming and calming space for us to cry, grieve, and say a final goodbye. There was a nice pillow setup where you could lay your pet. We brought his favorite t-shirt and some roses. We were even able to light some candles in honor of him.The services were a great way to say goodbye to our favorite little guy. We're looking forward to picking up his ashes soon to remember him and feel his essence in our home. Thank you so much for providing the community with access to these services for pet owners of all sizes. It's extremely validating especially because my partner and I were struggling to find a place that had cremation services for small pets. Thank you, thank you!“
