He spent a lot of time and attention to detail mocking up the design; he was so patient and communicative to all my questions and concerns through email and phone. I had worked with another company before this, and the waiting period for a few initial responses were painful. I was surprised by how fast the turnaround time for this was (several other places quoted me 9 to 10 months, and for much more money). The pricing at Cypress is reasonable. Getting a headstone made for a loved one is a long, hard and emotional process. I don't think it would have been done as diligently and as delicately anywhere else. I never felt ignored or rushed in the process. I'd recommend working with Brent and his team to anyone in a heartbeat.“
