The Martinez Family Funeral Home is truly a family funeral home: they treated us like their own family and not customers. I can’t thank them enough for the most courteous and dignified way they treated my Mom all the way. As it was hard to see her leave the house with ‘strangers’ I was comforted by how they handled her.Furthermore unlike other funeral homes, the Martinez Family Funeral Home accommodated our timeline without question or hesitation. They allowed us to bury Mom when we wanted and not according to their calendar. Martinez Family Funeral home made us feel like we were part of their family. We could not thank them enough for everything they did for us. Sonny, Elizabeth were so nice to us.I appreciate the heart felt conversation I had with Sonny as I was lost in just losing my Father. He walked me through everything and gently explained the process. As I was so distraught the couple who came to pick up my Father in the middle of the night was so respectful and professional.The day we went to Martinez Funeral Home and started making arrangements for my father, my family and I were very pleased with the services. Martinez Family Funeral home has amazing folks that are with the family of the deceased all throughout the process. They are very respectful and caring. They go out of their way to ensure they can handle whatever is possible on behalf of the family to give them time to grieve with the loved one. I would recommend this place to anyone who experience the loss of a loved one in the unfortunate circumstance. They also have the proper contacts to get everything handled at a very reasonable cost. Their facility is also remodeled and has all the amenities to ensure the family can see off their loved one.
