My Aunt purchased her arrangements in 1999. When the time came, Neptune could have been more prompt, thorough and courteous throughout the whole process.

Reviews
We purchased our contracts years ago as we travel a lot and didn't want the family to have to deal with us if we were away or at home. As it was my husband was stricken with a sudden and unexpected death.
The Neptune society was notified where he was and they took it from there. They kept me informed and respected my space. I did have to pay for death certificates but was necessary to satisfy all the entities I had to deal with.
I was called when my husband was ready for my family to come and pick him up. So kind to us .
I highly recommend taking care of business with the Neptune Society before the need arises as there is so much grief to go through all the while there… read full review
My parents purchased their contract for cremation over thirty years ago. Neptune honored it completely - there were no surprise changes or additions. The staff was easy to work with and handled all of the arrangements.
