“Held a wedding here October 2025. We specifically requested Nicholas as our master of ceremonies and he crushed it. The space has been remodeled and is clean, bright, and modern. We had a photo booth at the entryway for friends and family to capture timeless memories. The kitchen area has a large island which made it easy to host a buffet style dinner for our large party. The main floor was rearranged to provide group seating for our guests, staging for the live band, and a dance floor for everyone to get their boogie on. In summary, we had an incredible experience and thank Nicholas and Darling & Fischer for helping us to create moments we will cherish forever.“

This review is for the most recent experience with Jasmine Padilla. Jasmine was the only contact I had with Darling & Fischer. From my first phone call with Jasmine to the end of the process, Jasmine was knowledgeable, efficient, and extremely sensitive to the needs of the family. She went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect was handled with extreme professionalism and sensitivity. Due to the nature of the accident, she was extremely concerned with maintaining dignity for the deceased and showing the upmost respect for his mother.
Jasmine handled all requests in a polite and gracious manner. She kept me abreast of the process throughout and communicated effectively. She has the perfect temperament to assist families during their time of grief.

“California Cremation Society had an amazing team to help us at a terrible time.

The woman who answered the phone was kind and understanding and guided us through what were difficult questions to answer at the time.

The two gentlemen who arrived exactly on time were incredibly patient and respectful. We asked them to wait for two people to arrive so they could say their last goodbyes. They didn't bat an eye, and gave us our space with no pressure to move things along.

“This review is long overdue. We used Lima and Campagna Mortuary to coordinate my uncle's funeral in December and were highly satisfied with their services. During that difficult time of mourning, they assisted us with details that were required in preparing for a funeral such as casket and flower selection, viewing, coordinations with the local church, police escort to cemetery, and burial; no details were forgotten. Uncle's funeral was unique in that he was a priest and hundreds, if not thousands of mourners from the Vietnamese-American community were anticipated to attend. Everything had to be perfect, and there were no room for mistakes. Needless to say, Uncle's funeral was beautiful and something that he would have approved of. “Searching for a casket is not something ANYONE wants to do. Faced with the impossible task, we set out after not being comfortable with the prices and zero lack of selection at the funeral home. Picking something so personal from a photo in a binder did mot set well for my MIL. Bruce, who I found on Yelp responded immediately to my query for an appointment. He was patient, informative and willing to spend the time walking us through the process. His prices are super competitive , selection wide and he delivers on all his promises. While I hope to never have to patronize the Casket Outlet again I will recommend it highly to anyone who finds the need.“

He treated us with a lot of empathy for our loss and was always very attentive and also helped me in Mexico to find another funeral home that was cheaper than the one I had found.“

“The Lima Mortuary has handled the remains and services of several family members over the years, the most recent being an uncle who passed away in September. Folks there demonstrated kindness that is needed in situations in which loved ones pass away. Their
facilities accommodated viewing and services. The funeral director I have worked with is Christy, and she is a saint.“

“I had a really good experience working with Brent on a headstone. He spent a lot of time and attention to detail mocking up the design; he was so patient and communicative to all my questions and concerns through email and phone. I had worked with another company before this, and the waiting period for a few initial responses were painful. I was surprised by how fast the turnaround time for this was (several other places quoted me 9 to 10 months, and for much more money). The pricing at Cypress is reasonable. Getting a headstone made for a loved one is a long, hard and emotional process. I don't think it would have been done as diligently and as delicately anywhere else. I never felt ignored or rushed in the process. I'd recommend working with Brent and his team to anyone in a heartbeat.“

“So usually don't do many reviews but decided to do this to let others know. I say 5 starts on how clean it is, how helpful and kind the office staff was each time I had to call them for 2 family members services and how helpful and kind the guys who work the grounds are. Just wanted to make other families aware that this cemetery doesn't post when they will do clean up of areas. I had just went a week before and added new fake flowers and returned a week later to add more colors to only find they had wiped out all both of my loved ones stuff. I wouldn't of replaced the flowers if I knew that was going to happen. I just wanted to make others aware as whatever reason management there don't thing they should let us know. I mean I would be happy with an email each time they do a clean up even if not my loved ones area as I do have many more but just a heads up as I know I don't go often or daily so how will I know a clean up will happen. Just my suggestion to management that I give you the 3 stars on this and why my whole post is a 4 cause rest of the staff who assisted me with my matter are all 5 stars. Do better management of this location to notify the families cause some may be spending their last dollar to buy flowers for their loved ones and I understand WHY you do this cause the grounds are beautiful and many don't have other to maintain their area but warning would be nice“

“Aileene and the staff did a wonderful job during a very difficult time for our family. Our dad had bought a plot next to our mom decades ago and we had no paperwork to show for it. But it was absolutely no problem for the GOH team and the entire process was smooth, caring and professional. It doesn't hurt that the property is beautiful and very well maintained.“
