Omg, truly the best experience! Massive shout out to Constance - that was one of the best Yoga Box classes I’ve ever taken! I go to Yoga Box in Chicago and stopped by this location when I was traveling for work. Constance greeted me and made me feel so welcome. Her class had the BEST vibe, she was funny, encouraging, and made everyone feel strong. I also loved the Beat the Heat format. Honestly she was such a good representation of Yoga Box as a brand and reminded me why I love this studio. Thank you so much - hope I can be back some day!
I love Yoga Box! The studio atmosphere is amazing, and the classes are always well-paced and energizing. My favorite instructor is Kennedy—I absolute love her flows! She creates such a great sequence every time. Highly recommend!!
