“This wonderful yoga studio just celebrated 2 year anniversary with the awesome free facial and body massage treatments with their customers. I am a big of owner Eric, staff Kelsie, Cherri, and Cheryl. The classes range from power, hot, restore, candle and 1:1 sessions. The facility is very clean and I love the generous and thoughtful eucalyptus cold towel to wipe off the hot sweats after each class! Can't say enough about how much I appreciate the free parking as well. If you take a pic of license plate they will take care of parking on the bridge. Very good place!“

“Marlee helped me regulate my cycle to get pregnant naturally! No stone went unturned. Cupping, Accupuncture, Accupressure, Reiki, real deal Traditional Chinese Medicine herbs which I took home to drink every day to help encourage circulation to my hands and feet (which were often PURPLE before I started working with Marlee). Marlee's approach is a rare combination of scientific and intuitive. She's utterly professional while taking great care. Highly recommend.“

“I had a wonderful experience doing acupuncture with Iris. She gave me a while wellness assessment on my first visit with great suggestions for self care and a treatment plan, including how her office can help with acupuncture, massage, lymphatic drainage and abdominal massage. My first acupuncture session was excellent and she really listened to my many many issues and concerns before the treatment. I highly recommend her! The personal approach and whole-body attention is ideal for someone like me with stage 4 lung cancer and many associated ailments!!“

“Helping to work out some subtle issues that are causing big issues. Really appreciate the "nerve interference" and muscle testing approach as well as the Autonic Nervous System test, it opened my eyes to healing. So did his Kundalini class“

“I love this virtual yoga class! Mindy is an exceptional teacher, giving detailed instructions throughout each session. Her methods brought me a deep awareness of my body and have resulted in rapid improvements in my posture, balance, flexibility and strength. These classes go far beyond yoga and provide deep somatic techniques that lead to long-lasting change.“

“I've been doing yoga for 20 years and in the past 5 years haven't had time to make it to a studio consistently until now. I'm so stoked I found this place! The class was a great mixture of playfulness and authentic practice and just the right level for me. Will definitely be returning!“

“I love Yoga House and the Gentle Yoga for Arthritis with Peggy and Jill’s Gentle Yoga. They are exceptional teachers and guides. Couldn’t ask for better. They both get 10+. Also, Yoga House has a calm ambiance upon entrance and it is always welcoming and well kept. JC“

“Finally, I find the thing! Okay, so I love group fitness classes, as I would rather die than roll around alone sweating on my living room carpet, therefore multiple pounds of Covid weight have been adorning my frame, and did I mention the baby that I had during lockdown? After the dust settled, I ventured out to Core Power Yoga, which mysteriously did nothing for my body after daily sessions for months (it could absolutely be my total lack of energy in a sauna, not blaming the place). I tried in vain to rejoin my old Zumba studios, which had closed, and I did do some Pop Physique, which I love, but was very aware of the lack of cardio and strength in my life...I walked past those stressful looking cross fit barn places with men lifting heavy things and grunting and knew in my soul that I needed it, but would never, ever, do it. Running from station to station crazily in a circuit is a step too far. Then I walked by SPENGA. I am now maybe twenty classes in, and it's time to review. I really, really love it! Basically, as everyone has said below, doing something for 20 minutes makes you give it your best shot. I don't like spinning for an hour, but I sure like 20 minutes of trying to hit the zones on the screen to music. It's in dim lights which is awesome, you can make crazy faces, and no one sees. Took me a minute to figure out that I should up the resistance on the bike to hit the mythical 'sweet spot' but I've figured that out now. I really like the strength part... you walk over to your own POD with all the stuff and you DO NOT HAVE TO walk wildly around a room, you just stand there, and there's an instructor AND videos to follow for each exercise. I am doing things I would never do, just through the shame of being watched! My arms are really toning up already. I'll have to try a bit harder for the mid section but that's on me. And I feel it coming. I can do a far bigger range of movement already...Then you go to the yoga mat. You do a reasonable flow for ten minutes and then some nice twists, and chavasana. It's an opportunity to work out any body kinks during that section, as no one is hassling you to follow along exactly if you find a body spot you want to keep stretching.I emerge feeling very exercised, but not exhausted, with at least an hour of active fitbit minutes, when power yoga sometimes gave me about 3. The facility itself is clean, sweet smelling, has free parking and everyone's really nice and welcoming. Yep, this one's a winner!“
